ENTONOS is the name of our Irpinia Campi Taurasini wine, inspired by the Greek adjective meaning intense and strong—just like this pure Aglianico, which is both harmonious and robust, and like Tony, the founder of this winery project.
This wine is a blend of grapes from different estate-owned parcels in Montemiletto (AV). It has a deep ruby red colour and a bouquet featuring notes of red fruit and violet flowers. On the palate, a pleasant sensation of freshness is balanced by juicy undertones that lead to a long and silky finish. It pairs perfectly with meat-based pasta dishes and aged cheeses.
